ADLs, or Activities of Daily Living, refer to the basic tasks that individuals need to perform daily to take care of themselves. These activities are essential for maintaining personal hygiene, health, and overall well-being.

These activities are fundamental for an individual's independence and quality of life. When someone has difficulty performing ADLs, they may require assistance from caregivers or home health services.
Our team of experienced certified nurse assistants (CNAs) and home health aids (HHAs) are here to assist with ADL’s ensuring that you or your loved ones receive the support needed to thrive in the comfort of your own home.
Our ADL’s Services Include, but are not limited to:
- Personal Hygiene: Assistance with bathing, grooming, and oral care to ensure cleanliness and comfort.
- Dressing: Helping with selecting appropriate clothing and dressing to maintain dignity and self-esteem.
- Eating: Support with meal preparation and feeding to ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
- Mobility: Assistance with transferring, walking, and using mobility aids to promote safety and independence inside & outside of the home.
- Toileting: Help with using the restroom and managing incontinence to maintain hygiene and comfort.
- Medication: Help with reminders and cues to take medications on time
- Transportation: Assisting with transportation to appointments or daily errands.
